FreeUseful for behavioral data — pages viewed, session paths, audience segments — but not the primary revenue source of truth. Use GA4 to understand how visitors navigate, not to report on actual sales performance.
Google Ads Reporting
Paid TrafficNative Google Ads reporting is the standard for paid traffic analysis. ROAS, cost-per-conversion, impression share, and auction insights — pulled directly, no third-party dependency. Smart Bidding needs clean signals first.
Klaviyo Analytics
Email / SMSFlow revenue, campaign attribution, list growth, and engagement — all in Klaviyo natively. The email and SMS channel reporting is clean, Shopify-synced, and the only place I pull retention metrics from.
Microsoft Clarity
FreeFree heatmaps and session recordings from Microsoft. A great entry-level alternative to Hotjar for stores that want behavioral data without the monthly cost. Integrates with GA4 and shows exactly where visitors drop off.
