Before we meet, I go through your store, your analytics, installed apps, Klaviyo, Merchant Center, and how you show up in Google and AI search — including where you stand in AI answers today and the next moves that turn that visibility into revenue. Then we spend 90 minutes on a recorded Zoom walking through your Flight Plan: a written, prioritized list of what to fix and in what order, ranked by what will move revenue.

It's a diagnosis, not an audit. You leave knowing what's costing you sales, what to fix first, and what to ignore — with a plan you can hand to your team, your developer, or me.

What I check before we meet

Five checks, one plan. Most reviews look at one gauge. Problems live between them.

Store & customer experience

Where you're losing sales from the traffic you already have — homepage, collections, product pages, cart, checkout, and mobile.

SEO + AI searchability

Where you stand today in Google and in AI answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI) — and the next moves most likely to turn that visibility into revenue.

Traffic & paid channels

What your own numbers say each channel is worth — sessions, conversion, and revenue by source — plus a Merchant Center health read.

Email & Klaviyo

Flows, list growth, and what's leaking. The retention revenue you're leaving on the table.

Setup, apps & tracking

What's installed, what's redundant, what's quietly broken — and the apps I'd add for growth, custom to your setup.

Your written Flight Plan

Everything I find, ranked by revenue impact, with the top moves flagged. No cap on findings. Hand it to your team, your developer, or me.

✈  I look. I don't touch. I may add a lightweight, read-only tracking snippet during prep and remove it after — nothing else in your store changes.

What happens after you book

From purchase to plan — here's the sequence.

1

Book your Flight Plan

Right after purchase you get a short intake checklist: collaborator access to Shopify, Klaviyo, and Merchant Center, plus a few questions about your goals.

Day 1
2

Access confirmed, Zoom scheduled

Once access is in, your session is scheduled within 10 business days. Prep runs before the call — not on it, and it needs a week of live data to be worth your money.

Day 1–3
3

Pre-flight review

I run all five checks using the diagnostic tools I use for every client. Read-only, apart from a lightweight tracking snippet I remove when we're done.

Before the call
4

Flight Plan session

90 minutes on Zoom. We walk the plan top to bottom, you ask anything, and you leave knowing exactly what to do first. Recorded so you can rewatch it.

Within 10 business days
5

Written Flight Plan delivered

The full list, ranked by revenue impact, with the top moves flagged. Yours to execute, hand to your team — or hand back to me with Co-Pilot Hours.

Within 2 business days of the call

By the end, you know exactly what's costing you sales, what to fix first, and what to ignore — with a plan, not a to-do list.

Is a Flight Plan right for you?

Best suited for Shopify brands doing $150k–$1M+ in annual revenue who want a clear read on what's working, what isn't, and what to do first.

This is the right fit if
  • You're on Shopify with real traffic and real sales
  • You've got a store, apps, email, and maybe ads — and no clear picture of which is pulling its weight
  • You want an expert to look under the hood before you spend another dollar on ads, apps, or agencies
  • You'd rather have a ranked plan than another opinion
  • You want to know how you show up in AI search — before your competitors do
This is not the right fit if
  • You're pre-launch or don't have meaningful traffic yet
  • You want someone to make the changes for you (that's Co-Pilot Hours — and a Flight Plan is the best first step)
  • You want Meta / Instagram ad management
  • You want a full page-by-page CRO rebuild — a Flight Plan tells you whether you actually need one

What a Flight Plan Actually Gets You

Clarity on What's Costing You Sales

Not a list of best practices — a read on your store, with the numbers behind it.

You'll know where the money is leaking and why, across the whole funnel — not just one page.

A Ranked Plan, Not a To-Do List

Every finding, ordered by revenue impact. The top moves flagged.

Hand it to your developer, your team, or me — it works either way.

A Read on AI Search

Where you stand right now in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI — and the next steps most likely to turn AI visibility into revenue.

Most stores have never checked. Yours will have.

App & Setup Recommendations Built for Your Store

Which apps to add, which to cut, and which are quietly breaking things.

Custom to your setup and your findings — not a generic stack.

What makes a Flight Plan different?

01

A diagnosis, not an audit

An audit tells you everything that's wrong. A Flight Plan tells you what matters, in what order. You leave knowing what to do Monday.

02

The whole aircraft, not one gauge

Store, search, AI visibility, email, apps, tracking. Most reviews look at one. The expensive problems live between them.

03

AI search included

Search is changing faster than most stores realize. Every Flight Plan shows you where you stand in AI answers today — and the next moves that turn that into revenue.

04

Prep before the call, not on it

I do the work before we meet, so the 90 minutes is spent on your plan — not on me learning your store while you watch.

05

Look, don't touch

No changes to your store, apps, settings, or integrations during a diagnosis — just a lightweight tracking snippet I remove when we're done. You keep full control of your accounts. Always.

Fix what matters. Ignore the rest.

Meet Your eCommerce Co-Pilot — Mo Nelson

I’m Monique “Mo” Nelson — your eCommerce Co-Pilot and the founder of ECOMflight.

Before working with founders, I built and scaled an apparel manufacturing business from the ground up — creating three distinct brands, selling direct-to-consumer and wholesale worldwide, and ultimately selling the business.

Since then, I’ve helped 600+ entrepreneurs launch, grow, and scale Shopify and eCommerce businesses as a trusted Shopify Expert & Partner.

A Flight Plan is the review I wish every founder got before spending another dollar. I look at the whole aircraft, tell you what matters, and skip what doesn't — no guesswork, no overwhelm, no one-size-fits-all advice.

Onward & upward,
Mo

FAQs

Who is a Flight Plan best for?

Shopify founders doing $150k–$1M+ in annual revenue who want a clear, ranked read on what's working, what isn't, and what to fix first — before spending more on ads, apps, or agencies.

What access do you need?

Collaborator access to Shopify, your Klaviyo account, and Google Merchant Center. Read-only is fine everywhere. I'll send a short checklist right after you book.

If you run Google Ads, read-only access there is helpful but not required — I read paid performance from your store's own attribution reporting.

Do you make changes to my store?

No. A Flight Plan is a diagnosis. I may connect diagnostic tools to read your data during prep, including a lightweight tracking snippet I remove when we're done — but nothing in your store configuration, apps, settings, or integrations changes. Once the plan is delivered, you decide what happens next — and who does it.

What do I actually get?
  • A 90-minute recorded Zoom walking through your plan
  • A written Flight Plan: every finding across store, search, AI visibility, email, apps, and tracking — ranked by revenue impact, with the top moves flagged
  • App and setup recommendations custom to your store
  • A clear answer on what to do first, what can wait, and what to ignore
How fast does this happen?

Once your access is confirmed, your Zoom is scheduled within 10 business days. Part of that window is collecting a week of live visitor data so the plan is built on how people actually use your store, not a snapshot. The written Flight Plan lands within 2 business days of the call.

What happens after the Flight Plan?

Three options: execute it yourself, hand it to your team or developer, or add Co-Pilot Hours and I'll fly it with you. No pressure either way — the plan is yours.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus accelerated checkout options including Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Venmo.

Payment is prepaid and non-refundable once prep begins.

What if I just have one question?

Start with a Flight Hour. One session, one clear answer, no prep required. A Flight Plan is for when you want the whole picture.

Ready to see the whole picture?

One review. Five checks. A ranked plan you can act on Monday.

Stop guessing which lever to pull.
