This isn't reactive support or open-ended hours. It's a structured monthly engagement built around the ECOMflight Growth System — six pillars, sequenced intentionally, focused on what actually moves the needle at your stage.

What's included each month

This is strategy and oversight — not daily execution. Flight Command is impact-led, not task-driven.

Strategy sessions

Monthly sessions to set priorities and review progress. Growth: one session. Scale: two sessions.

Written monthly performance review

Real direction on what moved, what didn't, and where focus shifts next month — not a data dump.

Google & Bing Ads strategy + oversight

Strategic direction across paid search — account structure, bid strategy, campaign priorities, and performance review.

SEO + AI search visibility

Strategic roadmap and direction for organic and AI-driven search — built for where search is heading, not just where it's been.

Shopify CRO priorities

Conversion rate and AOV opportunities identified and prioritized by revenue impact — store, product pages, checkout flow.

Analytics & attribution architecture

Conversion tracking, UTM discipline, and reporting structure — so decisions are made on clean data, not guesswork.

Klaviyo email strategy + flow direction

Flow architecture, campaign cadence, and list health — building retention revenue that doesn't require weekly heroics.

Async support

Questions, decisions, and direction between sessions — tracked in your shared ClickUp workspace with a next-business-day response window.

✈  You or your team execute. Mo directs.

What your first 30 days look like

From enrollment to clarity — here's the sequence.

1

Enrollment confirmed

After purchase, availability is confirmed and you receive a follow-up to align on the start date. No guessing what happens next.

Day 1–2
2

Foundation review

Before your first session, we review your store, ad accounts, Klaviyo, and analytics. The session starts informed — not from scratch.

Week 1
3

Strategy session #1

We set clear priorities for the month — what to focus on, what to deprioritize, and what the 30-day target looks like. Direction, not a data dump.

Week 1–2
4

ClickUp workspace active

Your shared workspace is live. Priorities, decisions, and async communication are tracked there — full visibility into what's been covered and what's next.

Week 2
5

Monthly performance review delivered

A written review covering what moved, what didn't, and where the focus shifts next month. Real direction — not a vanity metrics report.

End of month

By the end of Month 1, you have a clear picture of your business, a working system, and momentum — not just a plan.

Not ready to commit? Start with a Flight Hour.

A Flight Hour is a single focused strategy session — one hour, clear priorities, and a direct read on where your business stands and what needs to move first. You'll leave knowing exactly whether Flight Command is the right next step.

  • One 60-minute strategy session
  • Zoom recording + AI summary delivered after
  • No obligation — but most people know by the end

Meet Your eCommerce Co-Pilot — Mo Nelson

I’m Monique “Mo” Nelson — your eCommerce Co-Pilot and the founder of ECOMflight.

Before working with founders, I built and scaled an apparel manufacturing business from the ground up — creating three distinct brands, selling direct-to-consumer and wholesale worldwide, and ultimately selling the business.

Since then, I’ve helped 600+ entrepreneurs launch, grow, and scale Shopify and eCommerce businesses as a trusted Shopify Expert & Partner.

Today, I work with founders who want clear priorities, smarter execution, and steady momentum — not guesswork, overwhelm, or one-size-fits-all advice.

Onward & upward,
Mo

Choose Your Flight Command Tier

Same strategic partnership. Different depth and coverage.

Growth
$2,000/mo

Best for brands doing $300k–$600k/yr

  • 1 strategy session per month
  • 2 pillar focus areas each month
  • Written monthly performance review
  • Google & Bing Ads strategy + oversight
  • SEO + AI search visibility direction
  • Shopify CRO priorities
  • Analytics & attribution architecture
  • Klaviyo email strategy + flow direction
  • Quick questions via ClickUp DM or email — if I can answer it without opening a platform, it's included. Anything deeper goes to Co-Pilot Hours.

Both tiers require a 3-month minimum commitment and a completed Flight Hour before enrollment.

What makes Flight Command different?

01

A system, not a service

Six pillars, sequenced intentionally, applied to your business every month — not a collection of disconnected tactics.

02

Strategic architecture, not hours

You're not buying access to time. You're getting a structured growth system built around your business — and the clarity to execute it.

03

Intentionally limited capacity

Fewer clients means deeper focus. Flight Command isn't scaled for volume — it's built for the clients who are in it.

04

Every recommendation tied to revenue

Nothing gets recommended because it's best practice. Every priority is connected to a measurable revenue outcome.

05

Clarity and momentum — every month

Not just when things break. A structured monthly cadence means your business is always moving forward, not just reacting.

This is where the architect meets the instrument panel.

FAQs

Who is Flight Command best for?

Shopify founders doing $300k–$1M+ in annual revenue who are ready for a structured monthly growth partnership — not reactive support or another vendor to manage.

How does communication and scheduling work?

All priorities, session notes, and direction are tracked in your shared ClickUp workspace — your real-time window into what's been covered, what's in focus, and what's coming next.

For quick questions — reach out via ClickUp DM or email anytime. If I can answer it without opening a single platform, it's covered. That's what the retainer is for. Fastest response? ClickUp DM, always.

For everything else — if answering your question means I need to pull data, dig into your account, or get on a call, that's Co-Pilot Hours territory. It's not a barrier — it's how we make sure your time and mine goes toward work that actually moves the needle.

Additional calls — strategy sessions are scheduled monthly (or twice monthly on Scale). Any Zoom time beyond those is booked through Co-Pilot Hours.

Response time — 1 business day, Monday through Friday. I'm not going anywhere — just protecting the focus time that makes the strategy work.

What is the minimum commitment?

Flight Command requires a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, it continues month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No long-term lock-in — but the system takes 90 days to show what it can do, and that's exactly why the minimum exists.

Enrollment & Payment Terms
  • Flight Command is approval-based — purchase opens the process, availability confirmed before we begin
  • A completed Flight Hour is required before enrollment
  • Payment is prepaid and non-refundable
  • Auto-renews monthly on your signup date
  • 3-month minimum commitment — cancel anytime after with 30 days written notice
  • Scope is defined at enrollment and reviewed quarterly

This structure exists so Flight Command clients get focused, consistent, high-quality strategic partnership — every month.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus accelerated checkout options including Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Venmo.

PayPal may allow payment via linked bank accounts, depending on your PayPal settings.

If you have questions about payment options before purchasing, feel free to reach out.

How do I get started after purchasing Flight Command?

Flight Command is approval-based and requires a completed Flight Hour before enrollment. After purchase, you'll receive a follow-up email to confirm availability and next steps. Once approved, we'll align on priorities and get your first session scheduled.

Can I upgrade from Growth to Scale later?

Yes — tier changes are available with prior approval. When you're ready to move up, we'll discuss the transition during your monthly review.

What if I'm not sure Flight Command is the right fit yet?

Start with a Flight Hour. One session, clear priorities, and you'll know exactly whether Flight Command is the right next step — before committing to a monthly partnership.

Ready to stop guessing and start leading?

Flight Command gives you a trusted strategic partner, a structured monthly growth system, and the clarity to move your business forward — every month, not just when things break.
