There's a lot you can do on social to build a following and generate sales for your Shopify store. We will share with you how to create a social media strategy, how to actually implement it and manage your social accounts effectively. We will also include how to integrate Instagram with Shopify and which apps are best.

This is where our speaker will assist a pre-designated Shopify merchant - Sunny Sun from The Only Roses. He will assist the Shopify merchant who is interested in building a social following and provide real world application of the tips and information covered.

Speaker: Phat X. Chiem
Phat X. Chiem is the co-founder of StoryCraft, a brand storytelling and content marketing agency in Santa Monica. Prior to establishing StoryCraft, he spent years as a senior editor at Yahoo managing content for its powerful homepage. He has also worked as a freelance writer and journalist, including as a business reporter for the Chicago Tribune and a news editor for OZY.com. He holds an MBA from Pepperdine's Graziadio School of Business and Management.
Pilot Seat: Sunny Sun
Sunny Sun and his wife, Silvia, started The Only Roses in July, 2016. Silvia discovered preserved roses after searching for a nice gift for her mother. She started learning a lot about these preserved roses, including how to put together the bouquets, and started a small online business to sell them. That little business has grown into one of the biggest preserved flower sites on the internet. The Only Roses is the couple's first e-commerce business.
